The updated AVM portal makes valuations faster and clearer – with higher confidence levels and fewer internal refers.
When can AVMs be used
AVMs can be used on standard residential properties in a habitable condition with good comparable data. The maximum LTV depends on the Rightmove confidence level with flexibility possible in borderline cases.
The maximum LTV where AVMs can be used depends on the confidence rating in the property value from our AVM provider, Rightmove.
For cases where the LTV and confidence levels sit outside this criteria, it’s likely that we’ll require a standard physical valuation. However, for borderline cases, we may be able to apply some flexibility.
